A Wonderful Stay!

amazing pool friendly staff great selection plenty choices

The resort has an amazing infinity pool. It overlooks the entire valley. The staff seems very friendly. They were also very attentive to my requests. I appreciate the selection of food for breakfast. There was plenty of choices for many tastes.

The wifi signal isn't strong. It was sometimes hard to connect.

The common infinity pool offers excellent views. It overlooks the surrounding landscape and creates a relaxing place. Massages were available at the spa. I felt very satisfied with that service.

The breakfast includes a great selection of dishes. Both Indonesian and Western options were available. I especially enjoyed the Mie Goreng. I appreciate the wonderful presentation during the special dinner with candlelight and Gamelan Music.

The location overlooks Tjampuhan Valley. It is a short distance to several restaurants and shops. The hotel also provides free shuttle service at scheduled times. This made getting into town very convenient.

bali bliss, nice stay

garden villa professional staff friendly staff enjoyable stay

i came to attend a friend's wedding nearby and stayed for four nights. the size felt right, and the garden villa was spacious at 200 sq and m. i found the tranquility amazing. the staff acted professional, friendly, and wanted to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The lighting in the villa could be improved, as it felt quite dark at times. More lamps would be beneficial. i also noted that the stairs to some villas could be challenging with mobility issues.

the breakfast had good variety, with fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order options. lunch featured indonesian specialties and international dishes, accompanied by attentive service. the dining area offered picturesque views of the surrounding greenery.

serene stay!

spacious room clean villa helpful staff excellent service

i found my villa spacious. it was clean. it included a balcony overlooking the valley and river. every staff member was eager to ensure my enjoyment. they were helpful and accomodating .

the wifi signal was a little weak in some areas of the hotel. this made streaming videos or having video calls a bit difficult. i needed a consistent connection for a couple work tasks, i struggled a bit.
